TJ’s Transformation Garden Makeover Competition – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is TJ O'Mahony, a trading name of Home Project Centre (HPC Group) Unit 2, Building A, Ballymount Retail Centre, Ballymount, Dublin, D24 X39K
2. Eligibility
Open to residents of Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over.
Employees of HPC Group and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3.How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
To enter, participants must fill out and submit the entry form on our website www.tjomahony.ie
Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
The deadline for entries is 20th August. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Garden Makeover valued at up to €5,000.
The prize includes design, labour and materials.
The garden design and build will be at the discretion of TJ O’Mahony and its agents.
Once work is completed TJ O’Mahony will not be responsible for modifications.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by an expert panel from all eligible entries following a shortlisting process and an online video interview.
The winner will be notified by phone within 24 hours of the online video interview.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected.
6. Filming and Publicity
The winner grants permission to TJ O’Mahony to film the garden transformation for an online show called “TJ’s Transformation” with unlimited global rights to distribute the show.
By entering, the winner agrees to take part in promotional activity, including photos, videos, and media appearances.
TJ O'Mahony reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and general location but not the exact address.
7. Data Protection
Personal information provided will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General
TJ O'Mahony reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice.
All candidates must subscribe to the TJ O’Mahony newsletter.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
