Egger Peel Clean Xtra P5 Chipboard Flooring 2440 × 600 × 18mm – T&G 4 Sides (EPC8218)
The Egger Peel Clean Xtra 18mm is a P5 grade chipboard flooring panel, designed for structural use in humid conditions. It features an easy-to-peel, anti-slip polypropylene film that protects the surface during construction and helps prevent moisture ingress.

Ideal for builders and flooring contractors, the tongue & groove profile on all four sides ensures a tight fit, improved load distribution and fast installation. Once construction is complete, the recyclable peel-away film is removed to reveal a clean, undamaged surface.

Additional moisture barrier during construction
Tongue & Groove 4 sides for flooring stability
Can be installed in light rain conditions resulting in fewer site stoppages
Can be left exposed to the elements for up to 60 days once correctly laid (BDA Agrement BAF-19-129-S-A-UK)
Anti-slip surface according to HSE guidelines, even when wet
Tighter edges on the film to prevent edges curling and lifting
When using EGGER Joint & Joist Adhesive no joint sealing tape is required
Film can be recycled to avoid wastage

This right to return does not apply to products that are non stock and only available to order such as catalogued doors, catalogued bathroomware and mixed paints which are made especially for your order.
