Engineered for reliable performance and long-term durability, the Pipelife 16 x 100 m Multilayer Blue Pipe (3095101011) is an ideal choice for a variety of wet heating and potable water systems. This versatile multilayer composite pipe combines flexibility with thermal stability, making it well suited to underfloor heating, radiator circuits and general plumbing applications where system integrity and performance matter.
The pipe’s multilayer structure features an aluminium core bonded between inner and outer layers of high-quality PE-RT (Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance). This construction gives the pipe excellent shape retention, reduced thermal expansion and outstanding pressure capacity — delivering dependable service in demanding HVAC environments. The blue outer layer provides easy identification on site while ensuring resistance to environmental wear.
Supplied in a 100 metre coil, this pipe length helps minimise joints and fittings, speeding up installation time and improving system reliability. Lightweight and easy to handle, it’s the practical choice for installers looking to balance flexibility with professional-grade performance.
Key Features
Multilayer Composite Construction: Aluminium core with PE-RT inner and outer layers for strength and stability.
Blue Outer Layer: Easy on-site identification and resilient surface.
Excellent Flexibility: Easy to route around corners and through service voids.
Reduced Thermal Expansion: Aluminium layer keeps the pipe stable under temperature change.
Versatile Use: Suitable for underfloor heating, central heating circuits and potable water applications.
100 m Coil: Minimises joints and improves installation efficiency
Core: Aluminium butt-welded for diffusion resistance and stability
Colour: Blue outer layer for easy identification
Operating Pressure: Up to approx. 10 bar (site and spec dependent)
Temperature Range: Suitable for typical wet heating and potable water temperatures
Application: Underfloor heating, hot and cold water circuits, radiator feed lines
TJ’s Tip
Roll out the coil gradually and warm the pipe slightly (in situ) before bending — this helps avoid kinks and keeps the pipe’s shape stable. Planning your runs to maximise continuous lengths will reduce joint counts and give a more professional, leak-free installation every time.
