For larger exterior timber projects that need reliable protection from the start, Sadolin Classic Natural 2.5L is a trade-grade basecoat designed to penetrate deeply and protect timber from within. It enhances the wood’s natural grain with a light, warm tone, delivering a subtle finish that preserves the authentic character of the wood.

Manufactured by Sadolin, Classic is formulated to withstand tough Irish weather. The Natural shade is ideal for fencing, sheds, gates, cladding, and garden timber where a light, genuine timber appearance is desired.

TJ’s Tip:

For best results, apply a full, even coat of Classic on bare or highly absorbent timber before finishing with Sadolin Extra. Give extra attention to end grains and joints — these areas soak up more stain and are the most vulnerable to moisture.

At TJ O'Mahony we will exchange or refund any Retail unused product returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it (*)You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

This right to return does not apply to products that are non stock and only available to order such as catalogued doors, catalogued bathroomware and mixed paints which are made especially for your order.
