For dependable basecoat protection with a deep, heritage-style finish, Sadolin Classic Jacobean Walnut 1L is a solid trade choice for exterior timber. Specially formulated to penetrate deeply into the wood, it protects from within while enhancing the natural grain with a rich, dark walnut tone.

Manufactured by Sadolin, Classic is built to handle tough Irish weather conditions. The Jacobean Walnut shade delivers a bold, traditional look — ideal for fencing, sheds, gates, pergolas and exterior joinery where a darker, more defined finish is required.

TJ’s Tip:

On new or bare timber, always apply at least one full coat of Classic before finishing with Sadolin Extra to maximise lifespan. Don’t forget to give extra attention to end grains, joints and cut edges — these areas absorb more stain and need proper sealing.

At TJ O'Mahony we will exchange or refund any Retail unused product returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it (*)You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

This right to return does not apply to products that are non stock and only available to order such as catalogued doors, catalogued bathroomware and mixed paints which are made especially for your order.
