For exterior projects where long-lasting protection and a softer, contemporary finish are key, the Dulux Weathershield Soft Avoca 10L delivers reliable trade performance with a subtle, modern tone. Soft Avoca offers a clean, understated shade that suits both traditional and newer builds, while standing up to the demands of Irish weather all year round.
Specially formulated for exterior masonry, this high-performance, water-based paint protects brickwork, render, pebble dash and concrete against rain, wind and fluctuating temperatures. Its advanced acrylic resin technology provides excellent flexibility to resist cracking and flaking, while built-in mould and algae resistance helps keep surfaces looking fresher for longer.
With strong opacity and a smooth masonry finish, it’s easy to achieve even coverage across large areas. Whether you're a professional contractor or tackling a home improvement project yourself, it applies smoothly by brush, roller or spray for a straightforward, no-nonsense job.

TJ’s Tip:
As with any exterior job, preparation makes the difference. Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and free from loose material before you start. For best results and maximum durability, apply two full coats — especially on new render or bare masonry. Taking the time to prep properly will ensure a smooth finish that holds its colour and stands up to the elements year after year.
