The Milwaukee M12 FNB16-0X 12V FUEL Brushless 1.6mm Nibbler is the first 12V nibbler to enter the market with a maximum cutting capacity of up to 2.1mm. As of the time of its release, the FNB12 is also the lightest cordless nibbler within the industry that will outperform many of its 18V non-brushless counterparts. Not only is it light, but it is designed for easy use and will ensure that you have complete control over the material. Thanks to the 5-step speed dial, this is perfect for working with stainless steel with a cutting capacity of 1.2mm as well as aluminium with a cutting capacity of 2.1mmFor precision operation, the Nibbler has an auto control start feature which will start slow, climbing to full speed once the tool detects that you are making a cut. For ease of use, the cutting direction can be changed in 90° steps without the need of additional tools. For your safety, a chip collection bag will collect and chips and debris once the cut has been made while bright LED worklights illuminate the workpiece so that you can clearly see the progress of the cut. The M12 FNB16 includes three of Milwaukee’s exclusive technologies that make up the FUEL branding all for your benefit. The POWERSTATE Brushless motor helps maintaining the tool and ensures a longer operational life; the REDLITHIUM Battery packs which provide exceptional power for longer; and the REDLINK PLUS overload protection – maximising the power you need when you need it. At the heart of this is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently. The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.
