The Minka Polar Extra 1200 x 550mm Airtight Loft Ladder provides convenient access to loft and attic spaces while helping to limit heat loss through the ceiling opening.
A 60mm insulated hatch and seamless gasket support thermal performance, with a stated U-value of 0.645 W/m²K. The ladder is supplied fully assembled with stair shoes, helping to simplify installation and provide a practical, secure loft-access solution.
