Dulux Total Cover Matt White 10L is a high-opacity water-based matt emulsion for interior walls and ceilings. The White finish is suitable for general decorating, refresh work and large interior surfaces where good coverage and straightforward application are required.
It is suitable for normal interior wall and ceiling surfaces and can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Two full coats are normally recommended, with a thinned first coat used to seal new or bare surfaces.
