Colourtrend Subtle Eggshell Paint 5L is a water-thinnable, low-yellowing alkyd finish for interior and exterior wood and metal.
Subtle is an off-white with brown-grey hints. The restrained low sheen presents the shade with a soft reflective effect on suitable interior and exterior wood and metal.
It provides a hard-wearing, easy-clean low-sheen surface with good colour and sheen retention, making it suitable for doors, trim, window frames and other properly prepared joinery or pre-primed metal.
The water-based alkyd formulation is very low odour, quick drying and compatible with oil- or water-based undercoats.

Unpainted metal must be primed with an appropriate metal primer before application.
For unpainted hardwoods such as teak, mahogany or cedar, two coats of Colourtrend Prime 1 or Prime 3 are recommended to help prevent oil and tannin bleed.
