The big advantage of an electric deep fryer with a double basket of 8 litres each is that your frying capacity is immediately doubled. So you can make fries, snacks and other fried foods at the same time, without having to wait. Both heating elements have an adjustable thermostat which allows you to set a temperature between the range of 50°C and 200°C for each fryer. The orange indicator light ensures that products are placed in the hot oil at exactly the right temperature.
Frying oil stays fresher for longer
Because this professional deep fryer has a cold zone, frying oil stays fresher longer. In a cold zone, the heating element hangs slightly above the bottom of the deep fryer so all the oil underneath the heating element becomes less hot. When crumbs sink to the bottom, they burn less quickly so the oil stays usable for longer. The deep fryer also has removable lids to prevent oil splatter, as well as heat-resistant handles. The rubber feet ensure a stable placement on any counter or table.
Parts made from stainless steel
The housing and all parts and accessories are made from stainless steel. The deep fryer is also neatly finished with rounded corners, which makes cleaning much easier. Oil and fat residue can quickly be dissolved and cleaned by soaking in hot, soapy water. All parts can be removed and cleaned with a brush, warm water and soap. The exterior of the fryer can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
