For driveways, car parks, and light commercial areas, the B125 Polymer Drive Channel is the robust trade solution built to handle vehicle traffic. This heavy-duty channel combines a high-strength polymer or resin concrete body with a durable ductile iron grate for superior load bearing and longevity.

Engineered to the B125 EN1433 standard, this channel is certified to withstand loads of up to 12.5 tonnes. It provides essential, reliable surface water management for areas where a standard A15 patio channel simply won't suffice.

B125 Load Class Certified: Suitable for areas subject to light vehicular traffic, including domestic driveways, private car parks, and pedestrian precincts.
Ductile Iron Grate: A heavy-duty, anti-corrosion grate that offers excellent strength and resistance to impact and wear.
Polymer Concrete Body: Manufactured from a blend of high-grade mineral quartz and resin for structural integrity and environmental resistance.
Optimal Dimensions: Measures 1000mm (L) x 125mm (W) x 110mm (H), providing high flow capacity for effective water removal.
Interlocking System: Channels interlock with a simple tongue-and-groove or snap-lock system for quick and secure installation.
Bottom Outlet Option: Features a knockout point for easy connection to standard 110mm PVC-U underground drainage pipes.

TJ’s Tip:

Installation is critical for a B125 rating. This channel must be installed with a full concrete surround or apron to ensure the load is distributed correctly and the channel is anchored securely in place.
